Jing Liu, CEO
Jing Liu is the Founder and CEO of MINO Wireless USA, Inc. He is a die-hard entrepreneur passionate about technology and business and has founded three companies in Silicon Valley providing services to the Asia Pacific region. Prior to MINO Wireless USA, Inc., Jing was the Founder and CEO of EnterSuite, an information technology consulting firm specializing in providing software development outsourcing with operations in the US and China. In 1997, Jing with several partners founded Asia-Links, a business media portal for high tech professions in the US and Asia.
Ray Sun, VP of Technology
Ray Sun is a founder and Vice President of Technology at MINO Wireless USA, Inc. Ray is responsible for overall R&D and Engineering at MINO. Ray started his career in China working on VoIP technology for the past 10 years. He has extensive knowledge in telephone switching system, VoIP, mobile development, and J2EE enterprise technology. Ray has a MS from University of California and BS from JaoDa University.
Mukesh Ahuja, VP of Marketing and Sales, North America

Mukesh is responsible for Marketing and Sales for North America at MINO. Prior to MINO, Mukesh was VP of Business Development at Kovair Software, a document management software company. Mukesh was responsible for Kovair's business development and M&A effort, which led to the company's merger with SpeeDEV in 2005. From 1997 to 2003, Mukesh was CEO and co-founder of a business information and B2B portal with $1.4 million in revenue and customers such as GE, Dow, Citibank, Schwab, ETRADE, Flextronics, and Solectron. Mukesh was responsible for raising $6 million in venture capital.

Mukesh spent seven years in the Artificial Intelligence group at DEC, holding various software engineering, marketing and professional services roles. Mukesh has served on the board of MIT Club of Northern California and MIT/Stanford Venture Lab. Mukesh received a BS degree from IIT Bombay and an MS degree from MIT.

JP Kang, VP of Marketing and Sales, Asia Pacific
JP is a seasoned executive with extensive sales, marketing, business development, and operations experience within the telecom and computing industries. JP will help strategize MINO worldwide deployment, sales, and marketing. Before joining MiNO wireless USA, he was director of sales, China for Openwave systems Co., the leading independent provider of open software products and services for the communications industry, including wireless operators, broadband providers and device manufacturers worldwide. He was able to help Openwave grow their WAP user base in China to over 10 million users and delivered all Openwave's products to China market. Prior to that, he spent many years at CA, HP China, and C&T Ltd, working closely with various telecom carriers on billing system, network management, call center, and data services. Before joining foreign company, JP worked for government agency, he was the director of general affairs section for Liaoning province information center, responsible for development strategy and project management. And he also served as secretary general of Gold Bridge Project Office (Liaoning).
JP has an MBA degree from University of Illinois at Chicago and a master's in computer science from Shenyang Polytechnic University as well as a bachelor of science in Aerospace from Northwestern Polytechnical University. Currently, JP is a Doctoral candidate of Business Administration (DBA) in Northwestern Polytechnic University in Bay area

Tsuyoshi Taira, Chairman
Tsuyoshi Taira is the CEO of Tazan International Inc, a Venture Capital and Management Consultancy Firm. Mr. Taira has been involved with a number of Silicon Valley startup companies as founding investor/director including Atmel Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ATML), Pico Power Technology Inc (acquired by Cirrus Logic), Junglee Corporation (acquired by Amazon.com, NASDAQ: AMZN), Armedia (acquired by Broadcom, NASDAQ: BRCM), Apptivity (acquired by Progress Software, NASDAQ: PRGS) and many others. He has been instrumental in providing seed stage financing, management and marketing advice, especially for the Far Eastern market to startup companies. Currently he serves on the boards of Silicon Storage Technology Inc. (flash memory company), Nayna Networks, Inc. (networking products and services), Ureach.Com (unified e-mail and voice mail messaging company), Asia-Links Media (Semiconductor components e-commerce) and Teleweb (Call Center in China). In addition, he is on the advisory board of Silicon Motion (Graphic Controller IC), CLCEO (Polarizer), Reveo (Revolutionary Electro Optics Technology Company) and several other companies. Previously, Mr. Taira was Chairman of Sanyo Semiconductor directing Sanyo'¯s US marketing strategy. Most of his career was spent at Sanyo Corporation except for five years when he worked at Fairchild Semiconductor. Mr. Taira graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan University with a BSEE. He also received an Honorary Doctor of Humanities from Newport Asia Pacific University in March 2000. He has published a number of books including 'Audio Amplifier', 'Transistor physics And application' as a Co-author and most recently a book on entrepreneurship, 'My fellow engineer, let's challenge' from Nikkei BP.
Naveed Khan, TNP on the Road

Mr. Khan is a professional with vast experience in IT industry. He has served on Board of Directors of many start up companies in the Silicon Valley, has overseen growth of high technology companies as advisor and board member. He headed Siemens Venture Capital USA organization from 1999-2003 and was instrumental in investing in 32 start-up companies and 27 venture funds. Today, he is an Executive Director of Strategic Venture Association a trade group of many Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) organizations in USA. Mr. Khan provides venture investing advice to companies, including TSUNAMI Network Partners a Yokohama, Japan based venture investment group. He also serves on the Board of two companies involved in Wireless Technologies.

Prior to joining Siemens Venture Capital, Mr. Khan headed the Business Development and Investments group at Infineon technology. He spent 11 years with National Semiconductor,
a leading provider of components for networking, wireless, consumer and automotive industry, where he held various Management positions in Engineering and Marketing.

Mr. Khan holds MBA from SUNY Buffalo, BSEE from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore Pakistan. He has attended Executive development and Venture Capital Investment programs at Harvard Business School and University of Western Ontario, Canada.

Advisors
Young Sohn
Mr. Sohn is a co-founder of Panorama and focuses primarily on technology investments. With over 25 years of experience as an accomplished business builder in the high technology industry, Mr. Sohn brings a wealth of operating, technical and Asia expertise to MINO. Prior to joining Panorama, Mr. Sohn was President of Agilent Technologies (NYSE:A) Semiconductor Group (now known as Avago Technologies) from 2003 through 2005. From 1999 through 2003, he was Chairman and CEO of Oak Technology (NASDAQ:OAKT), a digital media semiconductor company providing solutions for the consumer electronics markets. In 2003, he led the integration of Oak Technology into Zoran Corporation (NASDAQ:ZRAN). Mr. Sohn was previously Co-President of Quantum Corporation (NYSE:DSS), a data storage solution products manufacturer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sohn founded and grew Intel's Korea business and managed the Samsung-Intel strategic partnership. Mr. Sohn also started Intel's PC chipset business unit which grew to over $300M in revenue under his leadership. Mr. Sohn is an active investor and advisor, having invested in or served on the board of directors of over 25 companies over the last 15 years including PLX Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLXT), Tivo, Inc. (NASDAQ:TIVO), iPlanet (acquired by Sun), Synnex Corp. (NYSE:SNX) and Dealtime.com (merged with Shopping.com and then acquired by e-Bay).
Connie Wong
Connie has more than 26 years of experience in wireless, telecom and IT industry. She is currently the President of Hutchison Whampoa America, a conglomerate operating in 40 countries. Prior to Hutchison, Connie held various positions in Tegic Communications, Nextel, AT&T Wireless, SmartTone, and Digital.
Judy Citarrella
Judy is a high-level technology executive currently at GAP, Inc. She has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT industry. She was a co- founder of Optika (OPTK), a document management and imaging company, which is now acquired by Stellent (STEL).
Cindy Reuter
Cindy is currently Chief Operating Officer at Q Network (www.qnetinc.com), a high profile professional services firm. Before founding Q Network, Cindy has founded two recruiting firms in San Francisco, Thinknicity and PRISM Group.
